"FRED" ~ "RR" Katahdin Ram Fred and the rest of my flock are from Steve Bull in NE Iowa. The following is info Steve has given me about this ram: He was born a triplet. EPD's: He's in the 75% for 60 day weight, 75% percentile for 120 day weights, 90% percentile for Maternal Milk, 75% percentile for Milk + growth and 90% for Lbs of Lamb weaned. Steve really expects those numbers to go up as it'll just be a matter of time till he has enough lambs having lambs for those numbers to catch up. Fred's Dam is what Steve considers to be his best ewe. She is 90-95% percentile in most of these traits, but his sire was a total unknown in the system and will take a bit to catch up. Steve also has kept every ewe lamb that she has ever produced for replacement in his own flock. One of "Fred's" 1/2 brothers (one year removed) Steve kept and uses on some of his own flock.
