FRED & HIS "GIRLS"
Breeding season began October 3rd for March 2010 lambing.
Our ram Fred is actually a true gentleman. Yet, there are times he needs to be a bit more aggressive simply because the ewe is not as willing. But in the long run, he's a good hearted guy.
Even in full rut season, he's generally easy going with us. Although I do not enter without a dog or two to "watch my back"......just in case.
Here are a few photos I captured of him wooing Pebbles, one of my oldest ewes. She too is a sweet girl, one of my favorites.
